Although I’m a student, I’m quite confident when it comes to housework. Washing dishes and cleaning the house are basic for me, and I’m also good at taking out the food waste. However, there’s one thing I always avoid—cleaning the food waste bin. Whenever my mom cleaned it, I would run away because of the smell. Still, I decided to give it a try. The strong odor that seeped through my mask hit me instantly, overwhelming my senses. In that moment, I felt the love and sacrifice of my mother, who never hesitates to take on tough tasks for our family.
